Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ServiceNet Pro website (servicenetpro.info) and the painting services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or services.
Services Description
ServiceNet Pro provides professional residential and small commercial painting services in the Greater Vancouver area, including but not limited to:
- Interior and exterior painting
- Accent wall design and painting
- Cabinet refinishing
- Deck staining and sealing
- Minor drywall repair before painting
- Color consultation services
- Maintenance plans and scheduled touch-ups
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided by ServiceNet Pro are:
- Provided free of charge for informational purposes
- Based on information provided by the client and initial property assessment
- Valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified
- Subject to change if project scope, materials, or conditions differ from initial assessment
- Not binding until a formal service agreement is signed by both parties
Service Agreements and Contracts
Before commencing work, clients will receive a detailed service agreement outlining:
- Scope of work and project specifications
- Materials to be used and application methods
- Project timeline and scheduling
- Total cost and payment terms
- Responsibilities of both parties
- Warranty and guarantee information
Work will not commence until the service agreement is signed and any required deposit is received.
Payment Terms
Payment terms for painting services are as follows:
- Deposit: A deposit may be required before work begins, typically 25-50% of the total project cost
- Progress payments: For larger projects, payments may be scheduled at project milestones
- Final payment: Due upon project completion and client approval
- Payment methods: We accept cash, check, credit card, and electronic transfer
- Late payments: Accounts not paid within 30 days may incur interest charges at the rate permitted by law
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or modify scheduled services:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled start date will receive a full refund of any deposit, minus administrative costs
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled start may forfeit deposit or incur cancellation fees
- Changes to project scope after work has begun may result in additional charges
- Weather-related delays for exterior work will be rescheduled at no additional cost
Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful project completion, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information about property conditions and project requirements
- Ensure access to work areas during scheduled service times
- Remove or protect valuable items and personal belongings from work areas
- Secure pets during service visits
- Notify us immediately of any concerns or issues during the project
- Provide utilities (water, electricity) necessary for work completion
- Obtain any required permits or approvals (we can assist with this process)
Our Responsibilities
ServiceNet Pro commits to:
- Maintain valid business licenses and insurance coverage
- Use quality materials appropriate for each application
- Complete work in a professional and timely manner
- Protect your property with drop cloths, masking, and proper worksite practices
- Clean work areas daily and thoroughly upon project completion
- Conduct final walkthrough and address any concerns before considering work complete
- Provide warranty coverage as specified in service agreements
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work with the following warranties:
- Workmanship warranty: We guarantee our application techniques and surface preparation for a period specified in your service agreement
- Material warranty: Paint and materials are covered by manufacturer warranties, which we will assist you in claiming if needed
- Touch-up service: Minor touch-ups within the warranty period are provided at no additional charge
- Warranty exclusions: Damage caused by client actions, accidents, improper maintenance, or conditions beyond our control are not covered
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered
- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or structural issues not apparent during initial assessment
- We are not liable for delays caused by weather, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control
- Claims must be made in writing within 30 days of project completion
Insurance and Licensing
ServiceNet Pro maintains:
- General liability insurance covering property damage and accidents
- Workers' compensation coverage for all employees
- Valid business licenses required by provincial and municipal authorities
- Proof of insurance and licensing available upon request
Intellectual Property
All content on the ServiceNet Pro website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
Website Use
When using our website, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information in contact forms and inquiries
